It’s first of March. It’s also World Book Day
I’m re-reading this awesome book by Haruki Murakami called ‘What I Talk About When I Talk About Running’.
It’s the closest and best thing to a training manual that I can handle at this stage. He’s one of my all-time favourite Authors and it was such a treat to stumble across this non-fictional work of his. So many great insights and inspirations bout running, discipline, mind-over-matter and even the creative process. I can’t ask for more. It has really given my training and mindset that extra something, without the pain of feeling like I’m in a classroom being talked at. Get It, Get It, Get It.
